Warranty

CHIP IDEAS ELECTRONICS SL, from now on eKuore, sold this product under the warranties outlined in the following paragraphs. Such warranties are extended only concerning the purchase of this product directly from eKuore or/and authorised dealers as new merchandise and are extended to the buyer thereof.

For a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of the original delivery to buyer, inside of the European Union, and for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of the original delivery to the buyer, outside of the European Union this products is warranted, against functional defects in materials and workmanship and to conform to the description of the product in the user manual and accompanying labels and/or inserts, provided that the same is properly operated under the conditions of normal use, that regular periodic maintenance and service is performed and that replacements and repairs are made in accordance with the instructions provided.

In the case that the product has consumable parts, will be of a month of warranty and for the battery, the warranty will be of six months.

The only obligation of eKuore and the sole and exclusive remedy of Buyer, under such guarantees, are limited to the repair or replacement of equipment free of charge.

There is no express or implied warranty in addition to the warranty set forth herein.

The warranty shall not be applied from the guarantee expiration date, if the product has been modified or manipulated by unauthorised personnel or if the product has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident.

In the case that the failure was made by improper use, the client will pay the shipping, return and reparation costs, if necessary. In the case that the device presents a failure contact with eKuore Customer Service.

In the case that the failure couldn´t be identified by the technical service, it will be classified as unknown failure.
