Warranty

CHIP IDEAS ELECTRONICS SL, from now on eKuore, sold this product under the warranties set forth in the following paragraphs. Such warranties are extended only with respect to the purchase of this product directly from eKuore or/and authorized dealers as new merchandise and are extended to the buyer thereof, other than for the purpose of resale.

For a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of the original delivery to buyer or buyer order, inside of the European Union, and for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of the original delivery to the buyer, outside of the European Union this products is warranted, except the disposable parts, against functional defects in materials and workmanship and to conform to the description of the product in this user manual and accompanying labels and/or inserts, provided that the same is properly operated under the conditions of normal use, that regular periodic maintenance and service is performed and that replacements and repairs are made in accordance with the instructions provided.
For consumable parts, will be of a month of warranty and for the battery, the warranty will be of six month. The warranty shall not be applied if the product has been repaired by anyone other than eKuore or in accordance with written instructions provided by eKuore or modifies by anyone other than eKuore or if the product has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident.

In the case that the failure was made by improper use, the client will pay the shipping, return and reparation costs, if necessary. In the case that the device doesn’t present any failure and it was picked or sent to ekuore´s technical support, the client will refund/pay the shipping cost.

The final user will process the warranty by contacting the distributor or directly with eKuore.

The only obligation of eKuore and the sole and exclusive remedy of Buyer, under such guarantees, are limited to the repair or replacement of equipment free of charge. From the date of warranty expiration, when a device does not work properly you have to submit a report by telephone or e-mail to the Technical Support eKuore, you will need to submit a report of observed deficiency Technical Service of eKuore for repair, with transportation charges prepaid by the buyer.
There is no express or implied warranty in addition to the warranty set forth herein. eKuore do not give any warranty of merchantability for a particular purpose with respect to the Product or parts thereof.
